Santa Ana looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Puerto Rican forward Xavier Zambrana (193-1991) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 39 points (!!!), 18 rebounds and 8 assists (made all of his twelve free throws !!!). Lee Vasquez contributed with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 8 rebounds and 14 assists for the winners. Venezuelan guard Maximillion Bell (198-1999, college: Lane) replied with a triple-double by scoring 25 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists and Eduardo Diaz added 17 points and 18 rebounds in the effort for Cojute. Five Cojute players scored in double figures.
